From the citrus orchards of Amalfi and the pistachio groves of Sicily to the rich coffee culture of Rome, this curated selection features six travel inspired bakes. Every bite is balanced symmetrically.

  • Tiramisù Cookie

Inspired by the coffee culture of Rome, our thick cookie base has a molten white chocolate, amaretto style core and topped with a generous dusting of velvety cocoa powder.

  • Hazelnut Creme & Chocolate cookie

Made with our thick cookie base which has a molten Hazelnut creme core, topped with toasted chopped hazelnuts tossed in melted chocolate and wafer pieces.

  • Morello Cherry 'Occhio Di Bue'

Inspired by regional pasticcerias. Made with our crafted pasta frolla shortbread style dough, that melts like fine butter on the palate, perfectly framing a vibrant Morello cherry conserve.

  • Pistachio Tart

A delicate pastry inspired by Sicily, our perfectly crisp, golden shortcrust shell holds a dense, velvety Pistachio Creme frangipane core heavily blanketed in toasted chopped pistachios for a magnificent, rich crunch. 

  • Limoncello Cake

 A sun drenched coastal escape crafted into a towering, feather light panettone sponge dome. The middle is injected with a sharp, homemade Limoncello curd core that cuts through the rich crumb.

  • Orange Polenta Cake

A deeply golden, naturally gluten free cake baked with almond flour and polenta, our intensely moist mini loaf is drenched in a sweet, aromatic fresh orange reduction syrup.
