Every single treat at Amoreira Bakery is proudly 100% palm oil free and crafted by hand in small batches. Please be aware that our kitchen handles all major allergens.

Our bakes contain: Wheat (Gluten), Milk, Eggs, Soya, and Tree Nuts (including Pistachios, Hazelnuts, and Almonds). Due to the artisanal, small-batch nature of our home-kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free space. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us directly before placing your order.

SHIPPING, TRANSIT, & FRESHNESS DISCLAIMER:
Because our luxury selection boxes contain freshly baked, highly perishable artisanal goods, all orders are dispatched strictly via Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Tracked 48 to ensure peak quality.

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery or specify a safe, cool place with the courier. Amoreira Bakery cannot accept liability for items that spoil or dry out due to missed deliveries, incorrect address entries, or packages left unattended in transit elements.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our baked goods, we are legally unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been dispatched. Cancellations or address changes must be submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled dispatch date.
